When will I receive my order?

Please allow up to 3 days for payment verification and order processing and an additional 7-9 business days for delivery. Please allow 10-21 business days for international shipping and delivery.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No, we do not accept refunds, exchanges or store credit at this time. All sales are final. If you have been in contact with us in regards to having a return/exchange approved, it is mandatory that you include proof of contact with our company in your return shipment. Please note, all returns must be included in original packaging accompanied by a copy of the order invoice. We cannot approve any returns/exchanges over 30 days old, no exceptions!

Do you guys restock your inventory?

In most cases we do not, once an item is gone, it's gone forever. Every product The Divines sells is rare and limited.
